Can I upgrade shipping options?
Yes you will be offered upgrades to tracked services at checkout which we recommend, however to keep costs low for you as a buyer we send standard which is not tracked.
How long will my order take to be dispatched?

Please give us the information you would like including any fonts or symbols you would like at checkout. Unless you leave a note saying for example PLAIN WITH NO SYMBOLS we will engrave the item with what is in the profile photo eg paws, crowns, hearts etc

Lovely engraved heart bracelet bought by my son as a Mother’s Day present. Great customer service when I asked if both sides could be engraved they were only too happy to help.
